Pius Lustrilanang Appointed as Independent Commissioner of Antam at 2025 Shareholders Meeting

PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) has announced changes to its board of directors and commissioners during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held at Hotel Borobudur, Jakarta, on Thursday, June 12, 2025.

As part of this reshuffle, activist and former Gerindra Party politician, Pius Lustrilanang, was officially appointed as Antam's Independent Commissioner. Meanwhile, Rauf Purnama retains his role as President Commissioner.

In the board of directors, Achmad Ardianto has been promoted to President Director, succeeding Nico Kanter. Prior to this, Ardianto served as Antam’s Director of Human Resources. His previous position is now filled by Ratih Amri, who has been appointed as the new Director of HR.
