The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) welcomed the decision of the South Jakarta District Court judge who rejected the pretrial lawsuits filed by former BRI Digital & Information Technology Director, Indra Utoyo, and President Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Logistik, Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo or Rudy Tanoe.
KPK Spokesperson, Budi Prasetyo, stated that the court’s ruling fully rejected the suspects’ petitions, meaning both remain suspects in their respective cases.
Rudy Tanoe is accused of corruption in the distribution of rice social assistance for beneficiaries of the 2020 Family Hope Program (PKH). Meanwhile, Indra Utoyo is suspected in the corruption case of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine procurement at BRI.
Budi emphasized that the investigation process continues under applicable law. He also expressed appreciation for public support in the fight against corruption, particularly in cases that affect the livelihood of many people.
The pretrial hearing for both suspects took place on Tuesday (September 23, 2025) at the South Jakarta District Court. The single judges rejected all motions, affirming that the suspect designation by KPK is legally valid.
